Hey, I’m Chris Vining. A retail cannabis dispensary owner-operator with almost a decade worth of experience. This review is meant to educate, and help new or interested cannabis retail operators make better business decisions.

Today the spotlight is on Leafly.biz, the Saas product dispensary operators can subscribe to for store sales insights, online menu, and pre-ordering capability.

BENEFITS

One of the core benefits Leafly.biz offers dispensary operators is the power, pull and authority Leafly.com and Leafly App have are the world's most downloaded, and viewed cannabis info technology.

To be clear, when your store is active on Leafly, your store will perform better on google search and google maps search. You’ll rank higher in desktop browsers and mobile alike. In plain English, when your store is on Leafly, you’ll benefit from their SEO and overall brand authority online.

As of 2020, while still the General Manager of the shop I most recently owned, Herbn Elements, I paid $5,400 for the shop's annualized Leafly platform cost. Comparing it to the other platform we used (which I’ll be reviewing next), Leafly didn’t generate nearly the ROI when calculated as a % or gross sales.
